Happy Holidays!!

               

This Year’s Highlights

  • We are healthy!!
  • Jen completed her PhD at the University of Arizona and we all attended her graduation in Tucson.
  • Brad came to visit us/work in New Mexico for a week. We loved having him here!! (When will you come again??)
  • We celebrated Pat’s 1-year-cancer-free anniversary at Disney World in Florida with Patrick’s family.
  • Jen got to go to Las Vegas for a weekend with her BWCA gals and had a wonderful time!! 
  • We very much enjoyed visiting Pat’s aunt and uncle at their home in Boynton Beach. As a wonderful bonus, we got to hang out with the Hands’ whose family lives “just around the corner” from Pat’s aunt and uncle.
  • Kieran started pre-kindergarten with Kris and Adrien continued attending toddler classes with Sha as his teacher.
  • Kieran and Jen attended Brad’s wedding.
  • We were able to reuse NMSD’s old gym floor and install them in the boys room (see pictures below).
  • Frankie and Erika along with their two daughters came to visit in August.
  • Both Jen and Pat’s parents came to visit us regularly. In fact, we had only one month out of the entire year (November) when we were not visiting or being visited by family!! We feel very lucky.
  • Jen got a kick out of a last minute ”24-hour” trip to the Bay Area to visit AAE and had fun at a Madonna concert with AAE & DE.
  • Kieran and Adrien are definitely looking forward to a trip from Santa!

Patrick’s Grandmother Antoinette Ercolino passed away in September. She was 96 years old and lived a full and happy life. We were fortunate to get to have her with us for so long and that Kieran and Adrien had the opportunity to meet their Great-Grandmother. We attended her funeral in New Jersey which was beautifully done. She will always be remembered and in our hearts.

   2008 Holiday Video Greeting

Kieran wants a piano for Christmas along with a very specific type of rocking horse and some “fake” horses.

Adrien is being extremely concerned that the tree will fall down.
